During Question Period in the House of Commons on Tuesday, Minister of Public Safety Bill Blair responded to Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer’s question about an investigation into the murder of a woman in Quebec who was killed by a man on parole, saying that there will be a “thorough examination” and that all findings will be made public.
