The NTSB said on Tuesday that the helicopter that crashed on Sunday killing nine people, including Kobe Bryant and his daughter, missed clearing the mountain by 20 to 30 feet, but stressed the terrain was an area surrounded by multiple hills. However, they also said it would be speculation to say it would have hit another hill either.
