The NTSB said on Tuesday that the pilot who was flying a helicopter that crashed on Sunday, killing nine people including Kobe Bryant, had a “good amount of experience” with 1,250 hours of flight time on this specific aircraft. They also said they can’t make any assumptions on the judgment of the pilot, stressing they have to focus on the facts of the investigation which would lead to an analysis.
