Municipal elections training for officials begun in New Brunswick

Over the next five weeks, hundreds will be schooled in administrative elections for more than 700 positions across New Brunswick. As Silas Brown reports, when the campaign’s kick-off, New Brunswickers won’t know who is financing them.
