Vancouver mayor, police chief voice frustrations over Oppenheimer Park inaction

Vancouver Mayor Kennedy Stewart and Police Chief Adam Palmer say they are frustrated with the lack of action by the city’s park board towards the Oppenheimer Park homeless camp. As Jordan Armstrong reports, the mayor says he’s asked the province what else the city can do.
