Lead House Impeachment Manager, Rep. Adam Schiff started the third day of impeachment proceedings in the Senate with a little humor Thursday. Rep. Schiff thanked senators for listening through long, late-night speeches and said that it was rare that House members “command the attention of Senators sitting quietly for hours or even for a few minutes.”
