Retired police officer calls for fair and open investigation into police involvement in Santina Rao assault

A retired Black police officer with four decades of experience is calling for a fair and open investigation into allegations of police assault against a Black Halifax woman. As Alexa MacLean reports, he is questioning why Santina Rao was confronted inside a Halifax-area Walmart.
