New NAFTA tops agenda when Parliament resumes

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says ratifying the new NAFTA deal with the U.S. and Mexico will be the federal government’s first order of business when the House of Commons resumes. But as Abigail Bimman reports, the minority Liberal government needs support from other parties on the deal.
