U.S. House Intelligence Chair and lead impeachment manager Adam Schiff said on Tuesday that despite what President Donald Trump’s lawyer Pat Philbin claimed, Democrats were ready to try the case of impeachment and that they were requesting new witnesses and documents because the White House were fighting subpoenas.
