U.S. House Intelligence Chair and impeachment manager Adam Schiff said on Tuesday that the impeachment rules proposed by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell were “nothing” like those in the Clinton trial, and was why the rules weren’t released until the night before the trial.
