Vancouver Park Board to hold first meeting since Oppenheimer Park homicide

The Vancouver Park Board will meet Monday night for the first time since Oppenheimer Park recorded the city’s first murder of the year. But as Kristen Robinson reports, the Downtown Eastside’s unsanctioned tent city is not officially on the elected body’s agenda.
