Montreal mayor meets with Irish community to discuss making Black Rock memorial accessible

In a private meeting with members of the Irish community on Wednesday, Valérie Plante reportedly said the city is willing to discuss the creation of a memorial park for the some 6,000 Irish people who lay buried in unmarked graves in the city’s Sud-Ouest borough.
