The community of Richmond, Virginia is on edge after Gov. Ralph Northam declared a State of Emergency earlier this week, banning firearms on Capitol grounds, ahead of a gun rights rally planned for Monday. Officials say there has been concerns extremist groups planned to disrupt the protest, including three alleged members of a violent white-supremacist group who were taken into custody by the FBI on Thursday.
