With crews across the Lower Mainland working through the night to clear roads – Thursday morning’s commute was much smoother. However, conditions are still problematic in many areas and there’s more snow on the way. As Neetu Garcha reports, the Ministry of Transportation has issued an advisory — encouraging people heading out on the roads to be prepared.
