Coun. Dean Pappas discusses the City of Peterborough’s 2020 draft budget

Peterborough city councillor Dean Pappas – the city’s chairperson of finance – appeared on Global News Morning Thursday to discuss progress on the city’s 2020 draft budget.
“A couple of seniors called me this week and said ‘my pension isn’t going up by 3 per cent a year, how can you charge us 3 per cent tax increases every year — they have a good point.”
