Ford unsure who’d pay for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s security if couple re-locates to Toronto

When asked about who would cover security costs if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle potentially re-locate to Toronto, Ontario Premier Doug Ford said on Thursday that he isn’t sure but perhaps the RCMP would “take care of them.”
