Josep Borrell, the European Union’s Foreign PolicyChief, said on Friday that E.U. foreign ministers did not consider triggering a dispute resolution process under the 2015 nuclear deal that could lead to renewed sanctions on Tehran, adding that they “regret” that the U.S., who imposed fresh economic sanctions on Friday, withdrew from the agreement.
