New health centre aims to improve access to health care

B.C. health minister Adrian Dix officially opened Kelowna’s first urgent and primary care centre on Thursday. This care centre serves two main purposes: providing medical services for people with non-life threatening conditions that need care within 12-24 hours and to further help patients find a family doctor.
