During U.K. Parliament on Wednesday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that Iranian Gen. Qassam Soleimani had “the blood of British troops on his hands,” and that he was responsible for providing “improvised explosive devices to terrorists” that killed British soldiers. Soleimani was assassinated in a targeted U.S. airstrike last week in Baghdad, Iraq.
