Leaders from both political parties in the United States said on Tuesday that they are awaiting more information on a missile attack on U.S.-led forces in Iraq claimed by Iran in the early hours of Wednesday, local time. The strike came in retaliation for the U.S. drone strike on an Iranian commander whose killing has raised fears of a wider war in the Middle East.
