Venezuela’s Guaido enters legislative palace after standoff with troops

Venezuelan legislative chief Juan Guaido on Tuesday entered the congressional palace following a tense standoff with security forces at the entrance, after the ruling socialist party on Sunday installed a rival parliamentary leadership.
