TikTok, an app featuring short video clips to music, has more than 1.5 billion users across the globe. Like other social media platforms, its garnered major attention, so much so that Toronto police had to deal with a massive unannounced crowd at the Eatons Centre when four influencers showed up for a meet-and-greet.
