De Blasio says level of fear ‘feels different’ in wake of Monsey stabbings

Speaking to reporters following a stabbing at a Hanukkah celebration in Monsey, north of New York City, Mayor Bill de Blasio spoke about the level of fear in his city and other cities across the U.S., telling reporters “it feels different.”
