Two pedestrians were killed and a third is being treated in hospital after a vehicle lost control and mounted a curb near Markham Rd. and Progress Ave. in Scarborough on Sunday evening. The driver was also taken to hospital and is being investigated for possible impairment according to Toronto Police.
