After charges against Joshua Boyle were dismissed on Thursday, Boyle’s lawyer Lawrence Greenspon said that he was “very pleased” with the results and that it was a “necessary first step.” The former Afghanistan hostage was accused of committing multiple offences against his wife Caitlan Coleman, including sexual assault and unlawful confinement.
