Nova Scotia wants more research on pulp mill plan

The Nova Scotia government says it needs more information from Northern Pulp before making a decision on the company’s plan to dump 85 million litres of treated effluent daily into the Northumberland Strait. As Ross Lord reports, thousands of jobs are in limbo now.
