Defense and Crown lawyers appeared in the Salmon Arm Courthouse on Tuesday. 25-year-old Matrix Gathergood’s defense waived his right to have a preliminary hearing. A psychiatric report of Gathergood’s mental state was also given to both the Crown and defense lawyers, but was not released to the public.
