Police spoke with each survivor ‘personally’ before announcing arrest of sexual assault suspect

Supt. Pauline Gray with Toronto police said on Tuesday that investigators waited to announce charges against the suspect in a series of sexual assaults in order to talk to the victims’ “personally,” adding she “can’t imagine” what they went through.
