It’s been Soleiman Faqiri’s death in an Ontario jail cell, and no one has been able to tell his family how the 30-year-old man with mental illness died. This weekend, vigils will be held across Canada to honour the third anniversary of his death. Faqiri’s brother Yusuf Faqiri joined BC1 to talk about the importance of keeping his brother’s story in the spotlight.
