Puppy scam warning: Calgarians urged not to fall victim this holiday season

There’s a warning about a scam that uses cute little puppies as bait, leaving some Calgarians cheated out of thousands of dollars. The Better Business Bureau says it’s on the rise and people may be particularly vulnerable during the holiday season.
