Andrew Scheer resigns as Conservative leader

Andrew Scheer is resigning as leader of the Conservative party, weeks after losing the federal election to Justin Trudeau. Since then, Scheer has resisted calls from within his own party to step down. Mike Le Couteur looks at why Scheer quit, as new revelations surfaced about the party paying for his children’s schooling.
