Ottawa mayor says city will apply lessons learned to next phases of LRT

Asked why Ottawa residents should have confidence in future of LRT after the Confederation Line’s rocky introduction, Mayor Jim Watson said in a year-end interview that the city will use lessons learned to stages 2 and 3 of light-rail expansion.
