Ontario Provincial Police are advising motorists to stay off Highway 401 near Napanee, Ont. after a 30-vehicle pileup, while other collisions also occurred between Maitland and Brockville. It’s the result of intense snowfall that hit the Kingston and Brockville regions around lunch hour.
