Environment Minister Jonathan Wilkinson spoke on Wednesday about the decision by Ottawa to approve New Brunswick’s carbon tax proposal, which would see New Brunswickers not pay the federal carbon pricing plan. He said the province reached out after two-thirds of the province supported parties in favour of a carbon pricing plan.
