Chateauguay Police create ‘safe space’ for people to buy and sell used goods

Chateauguay police have created what they call a “neutral space” where people can go to buy or sell items, or where separated parents can hand over children for visitation. The space is monitored by officers inside the police station. Global’s Phil Carpenter explains.
