Twins assisted by Good Samaritan after deadly crash in Washington State ravine

Two four-year-old girls were helped by a Good Samaritan on Friday after they were able to free themselves from their seatbelts after the car they were in crashed into a Washington State ravine, killing their father. The man was passing by the area when he saw the girls, stopped and called 911.
