Florida’s Governor said on Sunday that he would welcome tougher vetting of foreign military personnel on U.S. military bases following the fatal shooting on Dec. 6 by a Saudi Air Force lieutenant accused of killing three people on a U.S. Navy base in Pensacola, Fla.
