U.S. adviser says they hope North Korea makes the ‘right choice’ in wake of reported missile test

U.S. national security advisor Robert O’Brien said on Face the Nation on Sunday that they would like to continue having negotiations with North Korea, amid reports of a missile site test, and said they hope the North Koreans “make the right choice.”
