Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delivered a speech in the House of Commons on Friday commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Ecole Polytechnique massacre, saying that the Canadian government “will strengthen gun laws” and ban the types of weapons that were used during the tragedy that took the lives of 14 women.
