U.S. President Donald Trump said Thursday that he had “really good” relationships with countries that are part of NATO, despite some being “delinquent” on meeting NATO spending requirements and said he recognizes “not everybody can love that.” The comments came a day after Trump called Canadian Prime Minister “two-faced” after the latter appeared to speak candidly at a NATO reception with other world leaders.
