Constitutional lawyer Jonathan Turley said in his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday that the impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump failed to meet the standard, and compared it to the impeachment of former president Andrew Johnson which he said was conducted by his political “enemies.”
