Saint-Henri store owner says construction, tax increases have put him out of business

The owner of Libéral store on Notre-Dame Street in Saint-Henri claims he has no choice but to close the business that has been in the family for 78 years. Robert Aboud says construction work in the area, as well as tax increases, have made it impossible for him to keep the business afloat. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
