When asked about Canada not meeting the 2% target for defence spending at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit in London on Tuesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that Canada is working to move forward and will continue to invest in a way that is “right for Canada and right for the alliance.”
