It’s been more a year since the new NAFTA deal was signed by leaders of Canada, U.S. and Mexico. Only Mexico has ratified the agreement so far. This week, that country’s CUSMA point man travelled to Ottawa and Washington to iron out the last details. Mike Le Couteur reports.
