Ken Webster, an investigator with the Transportation Safety Board, provided an update on Nov. 28 regarding Wednesday evening’s plane crash in Kingston, Ont., which killed all seven people on the flight. Webster said the cause of the crash is still being investigated, but there were reports of deteriorating weather.
