City of Edmonton explains its multi-agency approach to dismantling homeless camps

The city has been working to take down homeless camps as part of a multi-agency approach involving social agencies, alberta health and police. City of Edmonton Social Development branch manager Jackie Foord explains how in many cases, people living in tent cities are dealing with some of the most significant mental health and addiction challenges.
