Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Dwight Ball on Tuesday called a tentative agreement between CN Rail and the union representing workers “good news,” telling reporters that although Newfoundland doesn’t have a rail system many of the goods “that end up” in the province make part of the journey by rail.
