Quebec farmers caught in the middle of CN strike

As Canada’s biggest rail strike in a decade is into its second week, the union representing the 3,200 striking CN employees and the employer are seemingly no closer to an agreement. Concordia University economics professor Moshe Lander tells us how Quebec farmers are affected.
