Peterborough farmers feel the pinch of CN Rail strike

It is being called Canada’s biggest rail strike in a decade.. almost 3,200 Canadian National railway workers walked off the job last Tuesday.
Well now, farmers in Peterborough are feeling the pinch, and it’s all because of a shortage of propane.
