Court ruling could open door to Bolton, other Trump admin officials testifying in impeachment probe

A federal court ruling expected Monday could open the door to former national security advisor John Bolton and other administration officials to testify in the impeachment inquiry. The ruling will be on whether the House of Representatives can compel the testimony of former White House counsel Don McGahn.
